Just stayed two days here. Excellent hotel with immaculate rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the cook will custom make what you want. Indoor pool was a little too cold to enjoy. Documentation in the room was absent so you have to figure things out yourself. Great facility and wonderful stay.
This was the best costumer service I have had in a long time, which is truly everything! Jason and Christina at the front desk and Fanny in housekeeping was the best! I have never been treated so well at any hotel. They made my stay so easy and I appreciate that staff more than anything! Will stay again!
The breakfast menu and breakfast buffet had so many options. Brittany and Louise were outstanding at making sure we had everything we needed from fresh brewed coffee to breakfast burritos or freshly made omelets. They were kind, patient and attentive. They made each morning a joy. We'll definitely be back to the Hilton Garden Inn!
This place is amazing. It's beautiful, the room is amazing and it's a great location for my trip needs! I got to bring my babies too, I am their world so it's so great they are pet friendly!
Reagan is amazing. She greeted me and my friends with a big smile. I had a question on the phone and she answered it politely and promptly. She is a wonderful hostess!
The indoor pool was a hit for the kids. It was cold outside, so it was nice that we were able to still swim. I wish they provide free breakfast though haha!
Not super direct path to get here but INDOOR POOL. Breakfast isn't included but available. Food nearby isn't convenient to get to but available. Rooms are comfortable and average. No Disney channel on the TV but did I mention INDOOR POOL which isn't heated but perfect for February. Overall, we slept well (quiet, comfortable) and enjoyed our visit.
Great location! Rooms could use a makeover. TV wasn't the usual Hilton tv & channels. No greeting on tv. Remote was terrible. Tv is just has a slow processor with whatever service they use. Fitness center treadmills didn't work. Had signs on them so idk how long they have been that way. Precor equipment, so really good commercial equipment. Just needs serviced monthly. Gym needs bands for more workout options. The bottled water was nice. Free coffee but you have to pay for breakfast unless you have Hilton perks.
